The Modern Chamber is a trade name of Deal Kode LLC ("the Chamber," "we," "us"), the company that runs themodernchamber.com. We publish digital business playbooks and provide done-for-you creative services for people building small businesses. Questions about anything on this page: support@themodernchamber.com.
Three things. Digital playbooks: step-by-step PDF field manuals, sold individually or together as the Complete Library. Studio services: website design and development, brand identity, package design, print, copywriting, email, SEO, and marketing strategy, each scoped in a written quote before any money changes hands. And the 1:1 Business Audit: a live call about your business followed by a written assessment.
The playbooks, the journal, and everything else we publish are education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and buying them does not create a professional-client relationship. Results vary with your market, your effort, and factors nobody controls. We make no income claims and no guarantees about what you will earn. For decisions with legal or tax consequences, talk to a licensed professional.
When you buy a playbook or the library, you get a personal, non-transferable license for you and your own business. The files are yours to keep. You may not resell them, redistribute them, post them publicly, or present the material as your own. One purchase covers one buyer.
Checkout runs through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and shown in full before you pay. Receipts arrive by email from Stripe.
Thirty days, no questions asked, on playbooks and the library. If you bought a single playbook, the price you paid can instead be credited toward the Complete Library within 90 days of purchase. The full policy, including the audit and services projects, lives at the refund policy page.
Every services project starts with a written quote: a fixed price, a timeline, and exactly what is included. That quote governs the project. When a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables outright.
The site, the playbooks, and the journal are copyright Deal Kode LLC. Please do not scrape, republish, or mirror them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means the new terms apply.
