Every playbook and the Complete Library carry the same guarantee: thirty days from purchase, full refund, no questions asked. Email support@themodernchamber.com from the address you bought with (or include your Stripe receipt) and we will process it. You keep whatever you downloaded.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear in five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
If you bought a single playbook and want the library, you do not need a refund. Within 90 days of purchase, the full price you paid for the playbook is credited toward the $397 library. One email, no forms.
Refundable in full any time before your call takes place. Once the call has happened and the written assessment is delivered, the audit is complete and no refund applies.
Services are quoted per project, and the written quote includes the payment and refund terms for that engagement. If you cancel before work begins, any deposit is refunded in full.
